I have ten years experience in the ICT support industry, having progressed from front line hands-on support to managing a large European support operation for AT&T. I gained valuable insight into customer expectations, the importance of effective team management and the crucial role that focussed and efficient ICT support has in helping any business meet and exceed its targets. I was instrumental in setting up and managing complex service level agreements, tailored to customers specific needs. I have seen first hand the incredible impact a stable and efficient computer environment can make to individuals and to whole companies. The results are not just about statistics and uptime, but about the overall impact on individual state of mind. Dave Forristal (Technical Director)

I have almost 10 years experience in the ICT support industry. My extensive knowledge covers everything from Desktop Support in small organisations through to WAN Support and implementation in large multi-nationals. I also have extensive experience in Customer Facing Support, hardware rollouts and user training. I am constantly looking for new challenges, striving to improve the way technology is used in businesses, both large and small. With many years of experience in the Accountancy Profession, I have run my own accountancy business for the last 12 years specialising in small businesses particularly in the ICT Contract Industry.
